Hiya!

I’m André, a photographer based in Taipei, Taiwan. With a background in Mass Communication and Luxury Brand Marketing in Taiwan & France, along with experience in film directing, I’ve always been drawn to the art of storytelling through visuals. Having lived and studied across Oceania and Europe and traveled to more than 20 countries, I’ve been fortunate to experience different cultures, landscapes, and ways of life. These experiences have shaped the way I see the world and, ultimately, the way I photograph it.

When I look through my camera, I naturally see the world through a filmmaker’s lens. I love bringing the language of cinema—the composition, atmosphere, movement, and fleeting moments between scenes—into portrait, travel, and destination photography. Whether it’s the quiet details of a place, the energy of a city, or the genuine connection between two people, I want my photographs to feel cinematic, effortless, and authentic. More than simply creating beautiful images, my goal is to preserve the feeling of a moment and create photographs that allow you to experience it all over again.

Friends often describe me as outgoing, humorous, and creative, and I bring that same energy into every photoshoot. I want the experience to feel relaxed and natural, rather than overly posed or formal. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me at the gym, somewhere by the ocean, or exploring another corner of the world. I speak both English and Mandarin Chinese, and I’d love to get to know you, hear your story, and create something meaningful together.
