Travel & Additional Costs
- Travel within 1 hour of Taipei Main Station by public transportation is included.
- If multiple locations are included, travel time between locations will be included in your session duration.
- Additional travel fees are calculated based on the round-trip HSR fare + NTD $700/hr for travel time.
- Admission fees, parking, and location permits (if required) are not included and will be covered by the client.
Booking Process
1. To get started, submit your inquiry using the Book a Session button or send me a message on Instagram.
2. After we go over your vision, preferred date, and location, I'll prepare your booking documents.
3. Your session will be officially reserved once the signed agreement and retainer payment are received.
Payment
A retainer is required to secure your booking.
Accepted payment methods for the
retainer:
1. PayPal (5% processing fee applies)
2. Wise
3. Taiwan bank transfer (for client who based in Taiwan)
Remaining balance:
Due on the day of your session
Payable in Cash, Wise or PayPal (5% processing fee applies)
Photo Delivery
1. Your unedited preview gallery will be available within 4 days of your
session.
2. Star the images you'd like to have edited in private online gallery.
3. Your edited gallery will be delivered within 10 days after your selection is received.
4. The online gallery will remain available for 2 weeks after the final images are delivered. Please download and back up your photos before it expires.
Weather Policy
Light rain can create a unique mood for your photos, and the session can still proceed as planned.
For severe weather, including typhoons or heavy rain, we can reschedule or change locations. If a new date cannot be arranged, 50% of the retainer will be refunded.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The retainer is non-refundable in the event of client cancellation.
If you need to make changes, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request based on my availability.
